Really pleased with look and functionality of new oven for the price. I have now produced several meals with the new oven and it performs very well. Particularly like that it has two grills, top and main oven and have found the timer / alarm when ready function very useful. Appliance does everything a much more expensive item would do but actually still looks well finished and stylish in black. AO customer service was exceptional, keeping me informed every step of the way. Have to say that the delivery drivers were brilliant too, they kept me informed on the morning of the delivery and were very helpful and polite. Will definitely buy from AO again based on this very positive experience.

Would be 5 stars but I'm not tall enough to see the temperature setting which is at the top of the knobs

When the oven arrived I used it to cook dinner for my son. I thought it was a bit difficult to use because the signage on the buttons was unusual.Only realised the day after I used it for the first time that the buttons had been put in in the wrong positions by the manufacturer and so there was no way of knowing what temperature you were actually cooking at (ended up giving the kids food poisoning thinking I was cooking at 200oC when in actual fact I was cooking at more like 120oC/150oC). Had to wait a week for someone to come and do a “report” on it, only for him to pop the buttons off and switch them around. To say I am totally fuming about the whole debacle is an understatement.

Just moved into a new property and found out the oven didn’t work so needed to get one quickly. The Hotpoint double oven looks great and I have no complaints about the cooking. Looks of different oven functions and massive oven space. Very happy customer.

Wonderful fulfils all my needs. Really pleased with the grill in the oven.

Bought this as a replacement for a beko oven which let me down several times so hoping for much better with this oven. Looks very sleek, feels good quality I like the way the knobs push in flush when oven not in use makes it look good. Cooking wise early days but seems to be good only disappointing thing for me was the fact you only get one oven tray and the grill pan not full width of the grill otherwise would definitely recommend for the money.

Basic oven which I expected for the price. The temperature and functions are almost impossible for me to read as they are actually on the knobs and not positioned around the knobs on the front of the cooker.

Bought this double oven asa replacement for a 12 year old one where the element had blown the new oven fitted exactly into the existing housing, and was simple to install. The new oven heats up much quicker and cooks much better than the old one. I am very pleased with this purchase and should have replaced the old one much sooner
