Purchased this Hotpoint built in electric double oven to go in my new kitchen. It is to replace an old free standing gas cooker. Over the moon with this oven so far, only christened it last week, but have cooked a full roast dinner in the main oven and it came out perfectly. There is plenty of shelves and room in the oven. The fan really made a difference to the cooking time and evenness compared to old gas cooker. The conventional top oven is also very useful for extra cooking space, especially when cooking a large dinner. Good also for stand alone use if only a little amount to cook. The main top grill cooked the bacon and sausages for weekend breakfast treat well and evenly. Haven't used the bottom grill yet, but useful to have a second one in case doing lots of grilling at once. Lots of good features to the oven and grill. I really like the buttons which pop out to use and then can push away neatly when not using oven. I do struggle a little bit to read the top of the dials thought when using oven, but that might just be because my oven housing is tall and I'm just of average height. There is also a self cleaning feature which I haven't needed to use yet, so cannot comment upon. The ascetics of the oven are nice, its predominantly black with just a little brushed stainless steel, so easier to keep clean and less visible finger marks. Overall extremely happy with my purchase so far. Good quality Hotpoint double oven. Seems to do exactly the same as the more expensive brand ovens which I looked at, but then decided against. Good value purchase.

Very please with my new Hotpoint oven,it’s cooks the food beautiful and very quick. If you are looking to buy a new one this definitely the one to buy.

Oven is very easy to use and cooks the food evenly. Very happy with the product.

This oven takes quite a while to heat up and also creates a lot of condensation which drips down onto the cupboard underneath when the oven door is opened and closed. Other than that... It cooks evenly and is quiet.

Stylish and functional, only down side was setting oven temperature, settings etc. as expected them to be on screen or as on previous model on panel, read manual checked internet then by chance noticed they were displayed on rim of knobs which when standing in front of cooker arn't visible.

After 2 weeks, in really impressed with this oven. Looks great and comes with a good selection of shelves, trays/pans. The oven is easy to use with simple controls and timer/clock. The grill is rapid and the fans are quiet. My only gripe is the dials feel a bit cheap. They're stiff to turn and are a little wobbly, but the stiffness might improve with use.

Very good product - an upgrade on our previous one, which lasted over 10 years
