Easy to use, holds temperature well after getting to temperature quickly.

Brilliant oven. Would definitely recommend. Comes with ample trays and a grill pan. Very quiet when in use. Have already made a Sunday roast and a large cake in it with ease. Thank you so much,

Oven arrived faulty with a Top Grill that doesn't properly heat up, currently waiting for almost 2 weeks for an engineer to be sent out to look at the problem. Main oven also seems to have a problem with condensation, as it was supplied with a metal drip guard to attach to the unit the oven sits in, this however doesn't catch all the moisture, which ends up running down the cupboard door of the unit underneath. The knobs are also difficult to read for a shorter person as the numbers are on top of the knobs.

Oven was easy to install, and worked perfectly out of the box.

First use led to a rather odd smelling room however the cooking performance was great! The overall look of the oven is very pleasing, the defrost/room temperature circulation feature is handy and worked brilliantly for defrosting the Christmas dinner meats. Our previous oven was gas but returning to electric has been a rewarding experience so far. Take your time reading the manual that accompanies the cooker as there are features which we love and the different compartments offer differing cooking options too. Great for baking cakes at the same time as cooking a family meal. Our one and only negative comment would be the temperature control knobs are plastic and cheap in appearance to the rest of the perfect cooker. I hope they will not let me down and I get many years of use out of the product.

Good modern looking oven

Works ok the only problem with this oven everything is on the side of the buttons which makes it really hard to see temperature and settings, ok if you are 6 ft tall. Would be nice to have the temperature of the oven on a Digital display.

It's really good oven. The top oven makes an amazing grilled ribs. The bottom oven heats super fast maintains the heat even and the result is an amazing and tasting food.
