Excellent machine very quiet, easy to use, far better than the Hoover machine it replaced, love the light inside drum no socks hiding in drum, water tank at top easy to empty, or can put hose supplied into waste pipe so it self drains.

So far so good. Had it for a week and it been very easy to install and use. Love the auto setting as don't have to faff, just chuck it all in and off it goes and it'll stop when dry.

Only used a few times yet. Drys quietly and seems sensitive for delicate items. Added bonus of drying rack for trainers. So far so good!

Bought in September 2023 and registered for two year warranty. The heat pump appears to have leaked and left a thick blocking deposit on the filter. Contacted Hisense and sent copies of invoice, warranty, serial number and picture of filter. Over a month later and no response from Hisense. We also purchased Hisense washer, fridge freezer and TV. What a mistake.

Very good product. Looks and feels well built. Nice and quiet in operation. Lots of different settings, which I find useful. Does not chuck out too much heat when in operation, unlike my old condenser dryer. One thing to note, it is deeper than a standard dryer, so check it fits your space. Overall extremely happy.
