So far so good. Very quiet and washers well. Love the liquid and conditioner tanks, I'll never be able to forget putting in in. Overall very pleased with it and it matches with the Hisense tumble dryer i bought 2 weeks ago

Nice and quiet with aa large drum, but not intuitive to use at all. I preferred my old noisy tumble dryer where you could select full or half heat. The manual diesn't even tell you which settings are suitable for clothes that need half heat, or how to achieve it. Sometimes simplicity is all you need, not a hundred different options where things still come out damp.

We don't have a utility room and we need to have a dryer in our kitchen, so we were looking for a quiet dryer. Going off the previous reviews we could see comments such as "very quiet" and "runs almost silently". Don't believe it. This machine is not quiet by my standards, and I'm not talking about the noise from the washing tumbling inside it. There is noise from the drum revolving and noise from the fan circulating the air around the drum. There also seems to be a low frequency rumble that transmits through the house. Because the dryer seems good in other respects e.g. power consumption, capacity, ease of use etc, we have decided to keep it. Some of the controls and settings could do with better explanation in the manual. Overall, a good dryer, but we would have liked it quieter.

The product is simple to use, has a large drum and completely dries my clothes within the allocated time. Easy to install and empty. would recommend.

A good dryer with many functions, but all of them should be available in the dryer,because for example drying towels or bed linen are available separately, on the app.. apart from that it is good.

Excellent product with a lot of functionality with all the bells and whistles of iConnect/wifi connection etc. Obviously does take longer to dry your clothes than a traditional condenser tumble dryer but that is what you expect with a heat pump which will save you a significant amount of money over the course of its life (using <50% of a traditional dryer). Website and AO made the purchase very simple with clear illustration of the product type and functionality. This was a great upgrade on our old and broken down dryer!!!

A very reliable tumble dryer, does what it says is description of the product. The Hisense it seems to do the largest tumble dryers comparing to other products. Would recommend to everyone.
