The dryer looks very well made and substantial. Was very easy to set up and install we chose to use the water drain into the washing machine drain so good not to have to empty the water bottle every time . The dryer is double AA rated and the power consumption is half of our old tumble dryer much needed in these days of fluctuating electric costs

Brilliant product. Very quiet and dries clothes fantastic. Mainly used the auto function and they come out perfect and usually in less time than estimated. Been keeping a check on the energy usage and so much cheaper to run than my old condenser dryer and there is no moisture in the room either

I really like our new Hisense DHQA902U 9 KS Heat Pump Tumble Dryer. The set - up instruction's were good up and I have found the machine works well on the settings I have used so far. We haven’t a suitable drainage system nearby but I find the water pod easy to empty . The filter systems are easy to use. I would recommend this product.

now the Hisense heat pump dryer is now up and running over the past 3 weeks, we can tell you that it is quite and gets on with the job of drying our clothes providing we have selected the right programme, we have ordered as spares the 2 fluff filters just in case we have an accident with them, we had better not use the machine with holed or damaged fluff filters, we have it doubled stacked on top of a washing machine and is piped up for any water to run into the waste water pipe, so looking for a long service from this machine
