The dryer is fantastic, very quiet operation and very economical to run. Great load capacity at 9 Kg and dries clothes much quicker than are old dryer. Great service from AO from ordering through to delivery. Highly recommended

My condenser tumble dryer packed up and was looking for a heat pump one after reading they are more energy efficient. After reading everyone's reviews for this one I decided to go for it and I am not disappointed. I absolutely love it. It's alot quieter than my old one and so far the programmes I have used have been perfect and all items have come out dry. Not noticed the energy usage yet but I'm sure I will over winter. Looks so nice and stylish too.

Product seems great. Drys a load of towels on the towel setting in 44 mins. Light inside the drum really useful. Drys clothes well and the anti crease function works well. Time will tell if it saves money. Only slight dislike but not sure if it's the same with heat pumps or new tumble dryers is you can not change the heat temperature just settings for items. Heat pump dryers dry at a cooler setting anyways so I should be okay and there is a delicate setting too. Great price item. Ao delivery was great.

I’m really pleased with this purchase. It is cheap to run quiet and easy to operate.
