Still early days as I've not had it long, but in the time I have had it I am well impressed with it. It is fairly quiet in use. It dries towels efficiently and leaves them soft and fluffy. It has an LED light that let's you see inside without needing to open the door and letting heat out. It has a very large drum with multiple heat venting points. It comes with instruction booklet and a handy rack that is used to dry trainers etc. The guys delivering it did a good job and were very professional. They carried it into the kitchen for me and got rid of all the wrapping and box etc. I am very happy with my dryer and would recommend using ao.com to anyone.

couldn’t fault, great product and gets bedding dry on first try (unlike every other dryer i seem to have owned) highly recommend and easy to use with buttons instead of sensors
