Easy to use with a great range of options. This is a quiet machine and would thoroughly recommend.

I bought this to replace a condenser dryer. Ordering and delivery was great! This machine is so much quieter and faster at drying then the condenser dryer I had before. It's really easy to empty the water from the drawer! A little bonus if you have the machine situated near a sink/drain, it comes with an extra hose that you connect at the back (instructions are included how to fit) and then connect to the waste pipe so can drain straight there and no emptying required. The lint filter is really good, it actually has two, one upper and a lower one to catch smaller particles that may go through the first one! I love the drying rack for trainers etc, I haven't used it yet, but will definitely come in handy. Clothes dry well. Very happy with this, especially with lots of washing that needs drying each week.

This is a brilliant dryer, had no issues at all. It weighs the load and adjusts time accordingly, isn’t very loud and is low on electric use. altogether, a great dryer highly recommended.

Great wash, lots of settings. Our large plates don’t really fit height wise even after moving the upper tray up but that’s a minor issue. Overall happy with it.

Was worried swapping from a condenser to a heat pump dryer. So glad i did! Much more efficient and no more scorching hot clothes that risk being shrunk!

I brought this tumble dryer because it is a heat pump which I know is cost effective and good for the environment. We already have a Hisense washing machine and American fridge freezer, so knew this was an excellent brand. On using this tumble it gave excellent performance, clothes dried extremely well. It is easy to use and very stylish to look at.
