Really happy with this dryer, can't fault it up to now. Lots of space inside. Rack for drying shoes. Easy to empty the water and clean the lint holder

Great for less than 6 months!! Fault Code F03! Can’t get hold of anyone to book repair. Very annoyed that this has failed after such a short period

Pros: I’ve been using the Hisense 3 Series DHQA902UT Heat Pump Tumble Dryer for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m really impressed. The 9kg capacity is perfect for my family of four, and it handles large loads without a problem. The heat pump technology is a game-changer — it’s much more energy-efficient than my old dryer, and I’ve already noticed a drop in my electricity bill. The dryer runs quietly, which is a big plus, especially when it's in use overnight. The range of programs is also great. I particularly like the delicate cycle, which does a fantastic job on my wool and silk items. I also appreciate the anti-crease function, which helps keep ironing to a minimum. Cons: The main downside for me is the longer drying time. It takes a bit longer to dry a load compared to traditional vented dryers, but I don’t mind as much because I know it’s saving energy. However, if you're in a hurry, it’s something to keep in mind. The build quality feels a bit lightweight — it's not flimsy, but it doesn’t have the premium feel of some other models in this price range. Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase. The dryer works well, is energy-efficient, and is gentle on clothes. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an eco-friendly dryer that gets the job done without breaking the bank.

The tumble dryer is very energy efficient, though if like us it is your first tumble dryer, it will still be one of the most energy intensive appliances in the house. I was suprised how hot the clothes got on some of the regular settings, despite this being a heat pump device, so it could still shrink some fabrics if the correct programme cycle is not chosen. In general clothes will come out lovely and dry, and crease free. There are only two irritating things about the machine. First the lint trap has to be emptied every single cycle which gets annoying. The water tank can last 2 or 3 cycles before it needs emptying. Second, it is very noisy. We can't put it on at night despite it being two floors below our bedroom because the noise will keep us awake!

This is a great product, we already have the matching washing machine. They are really easy to use and they look great together. Definitely highly recommend the Hisense range.
