Amazing product and very energy efficient the clothes come out a lot better and don’t have to iron which is a bonus I’m definitely converted and wouldn’t buy a typical condenser again this heat pump dryer is way to go.

Really efficient dryer. More cost effective to run and it takes similar amount of time to dry clothes than a previous condenser dryer. I dry clothes for a family of 7 in this and have found it to be quiet, quick and perfect for our family needs

Extremely happy with purchase. Yes the timings may be longer than standard dryers (doesn’t bother me), but the savings cancel that out. Still trying to work out the best programme settings for my washing, so I don’t have to put it on again sometimes when it comes out very slightly damp - maybe I’m putting too much in - but that’s my only con. The programme instructions are consise but don’t correlate with the tumble dry symbols on clothing labels (the amount of dots/heat level) Would be interesting to know how the maximum heat level differs between programmes, so I could adjust easier. Good thing is that it has a dampness sensor, so if you run the same programme again it will adjust the timings according to how damp the clothes still are, so it doesn’t overdry them. Genius, but only works on the pre-programmed settings, not the one you can set the time for yourself, so keep that in mind. I’m even putting clothing in (on Sportswear programme) that says “Do not tumble dry” and they have been absolutely fine - a lifesaver when you have a newborn (you wouldn’t believe how many baby clothes say this on the label). Aesthetically pleasing and extremely easy to maintain and clean. If you’re not very strong just ensure to empty condenser after every load - takes about three/four, but becomes very heavy. Wish I’d brought this earlier!
