Lovely machine. Very easy to use. Lots of room due to having a cutlery drawer on top

Replaced my baumatic dishwasher with Smegg model which works well but disappointed with some aspects. Expected better quality as with Smegg brand. Cutlery tray at top of washer useful but had trouble with it sticking against spray arm. Positive note. Smegg had an engineer out within two days and machine now running smooth.

not as good as the Neff one it replaces. Feels a little flimsy and having a cutlery rack above limits the space underneath for tall glasses large plates. but ok for the price I guess. The self opening door when finished is a little bit annoying.

Seems to wash dishes pretty well. Because of the top cutlery tray, the rest of the dishwasher has a decent capacity. The top cutlery drawer also makes emptying the cutlery part quicker. Having a countdown timer is also an upgrade over my last dishwasher. One negative around the fitting of the door. The instructions are pictures and symbols only and some significant details could be missed if care is not taken. A major design flaw is the two white sliders that get mounted on inside of the door. To provide space for door handle screws, the black washers are needed. Unfortunately the screws provided for fitting these parts are not long enough and only lasted one day before both sliders pulled away from the door leaving two holes. I had to repair the holes and then use longer screws which I also glued into place to stop it happening again. An annoying oversight from the designers that could have been easily avoided. One other thing, the end of the water pipe has a large valve fitted to it that was not on the old one, I had to cut a bigger hole in the back of the adjacent cupboard to fit it in which was awkward (and unexpected) 5 stars for the dishwasher 3 stars for all the mucking about to get it fitted 4 stars in total.

Seems quite small in comparison to others I have seen and not quite as sturdy which surprises me from such a renowned brand. I feel I probably would have preferred a basket over the cutlery drawer.

This product was simple to unpack with minimum waste packaging. It was easy to install and fix in to place and was up and running within 10minutes. Very easy to use features and even pops the door open when it’s finished allowing the contents to dry.
