Not a bad dishwasher overall. It doesn’t have a dedicated cutlery basket, but rather a third drawer where you can lay out each item, in separate rows. A bit different, but we are warming to it! Machine itself is an almost carbon copy of the very expensive AEG we were replacing, so I would buy this one in future rather than the AEG. Options for washing different types of crockery etc are available, but we seem to have settled on the AUTO function, which senses load and adjusts the cycle to suit. Very quiet in operation, has a pop open door feature whilst drying, leaves most items bone dry and warm. Easy to install, simple to use, not expensive.

Love the three tray layout, so much more room when there’s not a cutlery basket as I’d had in my last one. The sliding door hinge install was perfect; it seems a difficult task finding products with that feature. My last dishwasher was AEG and fine until it broke right when the warranty ended (typical). Main worry was this being louder - 42dB on my last, 46dB on this. And I’m not an avid collector of scientific equipment to have any idea of the difference in reality, by numbers…but felt that 4 was a small number?! For those shopping for a quiet unit because they have seating in their kitchen - you’re fine with this one. The only noise is the outflow of the water into the drain which is a pipe/gravity issue I’d expect! Much like my smaller Smeg appliances this is a good product. Surprised they weren’t more premium but when it’s integrated there’s less to differentiate with maybe! But aside from the hydro-optimised, intelligent-bubble-management, wifi-communicative-fridge-informer type terms you’ll find during your comparisons - my experience is that things are impressively clean, the machine is practical, and it’s okay if you don’t work in reverse robotic engineering, it’s easy to set and intuitive to use. I’d like to help anybody who is just frustrated that they’re having to replace theirs, and are too busy to study dishwasherology to research thoroughly nor have the time to keep washing up… “it’s great & works perfectly, have a quick measure of that old one to be safe - then get back on with life. Not sure what more premium ones do unless they clean so hard the dissolve your plates. But hopefully somebody has clarified that on one of those product reviews”. You’re welcome busy comrade!

Works very well, but for the last hour of drying the door pops open (it's supposed to) and just gets in the way! Annoying. Otherwise no problems.

Great dish washer, lots of space inside and easy to load. Good variety of washing programmes too. Dishes have come out sparkling. And the extra bonus is it has the best energy efficiency grade that I could find in my price range.
