AO were quick to amend my order when I discovered the Hisense d/w I originally ordered was 2mm (!) to wide to fit the space I had available and was able to change my order for this Smeg and still kept to the same delivery time (Thank you AO.com). Fitting the cabinet door to the d/w was a challenge and not yet found the right program that will clean our cups & cutlery properly but dishes and glasses are acceptable (weird). The cutlery tray is a bit of a faff, much prefer a basket. Tried to register Smeg appliance for guarantee but wouldn't accept the model or serial numbers, will have to try calling them. Must admit I did expect a better product and service of SMEG and left feeling underwhelmed.
