The product was well packed. It was a fairly tight fit into the existing slot which previously housed an AEG integrated dishwasher. I did have to saw the plastic pipe clamps from the rear of the machine in order to get it far enough in. Wasn't a problem as wouldn't have used them anyway. Installation instructions are pretty useless for a first timer. Fairly obvious once you've got going.

Good reliable dishwasher. Replaced our original below which was always reliable.

This dishwasher does the job but the integrated version has a complicated procedure for programming water hardness and, unfortunately, the instructions are not at all clear. In fact, almost unintelligible. As I live in a hard water area this is a very important adjustment to get right - even my tech-savvy son couldn't make head or tail of it. I eventually managed it, I think, (there's no indication to show whether you get it right or not). Most unsatisfactory.

Good but not outstanding. Easy to install

Arrived broken. Three weeks later and it's still not fixed. Engineer attended, didn't have the correct parts and still hasn't returned. Will be contacting AO for a refund in the next week. Rubbish.
