    Excellent

    5/5
It’s an amazing dishwasher. I had an indesit in my previous apartment so went with this - it’s so much better than I expected and my previous one. Dishes come out sparkling clean and dry- the door opening when it’s finished really helps with that I think. The cutlery tray is also much better than a basket, the only issue is that large plates may not fit perfectly (i still load them in and they get perfectly clean so just a small point to note) and the cutlery tray doesnt pull in/out completely smoothly unless you’re very gentle with it. But overall we’re so happy with this dishwasher and for the price it’s even better. My mother bought a more expensive Bosch model and this is totally comparable.

    A Great Product

    5/5
The machine is so much more efficient than my previous product which was only 6 years old. Very easy to use There is a cutlery drawer at the top of the machine rather than a basket in the main drum which gives much more room for plates and pans.

    Dishwasher review

    3/5
Decent enough machine. I like the light feature indicating whether the machine is on. Dislikes 1. The machine auto opens the door. And the items inside are not dry 2. The cutlery tray at the top doesn't always get adequate water. Particularly if larger bowls are placed on the middle shelf. As there are only 2 spray nozzles. At the bottom. And between the bottom and middle tray. Miss my old machine. However they don't make items as they once did. So having to make do with this.

Does not release the pod, doesn’t work properly

    1/5
The pod keeps getting stuck in the compartment, and therefore doesn’t wash properly. This happens quite often to the point I am considering getting a new one. I’ve changed the tablets 4 times now thinking it’s because of them, but gets stuck with any type of tablet. Do not recommend, buy a different dishwasher

doesn't go well with the all-in-one tablets

    4/5
It's great. I like to have the cutlery tray than the traditional bucket. However, I found it doesn't go well with the all-in-one tablets. It can't wash the rinse reagents off. Now I can only use the normal dishwasher salt.

A good dishwasher let down by cheap plastic parts

    3/5
Let me start off by saying I'm really impressed with how well this cleans now that I've got it set up the way I like, but I'm not convinced of its long term durability. Many of the parts that would typically be metal on a dishwasher - such as the worktop mounts, door catch(???) and parts of the rails - are replaced with cheap ABS plastic. I'm not convinced these parts will last long term - the left side worktop mount has already cracked after a few months and it's falling out from under the counter while I wait for a replacement part. The cutlery tray was utterly useless for cleaning, and with it in place the upper drawer would have to be on the low setting. This means the lower drawer would not be able to take even a medium size plate without obstructing the spray rods. Fortunately, the upper drawer can be lifted up about 5cm if the cutlery tray is removed. So the first thing we did was bin the cutlery tray, buy a proper cutlery carrier for the bottom drawer, and raise the upper drawer. Only downside is that the second drawer is raised - again - on flimsy ABS plastic risers, so it is prone to collapsing back to the lower setting when moving the drawer. But I really can't fault how well it cleans now that I've done the above. I've never had a dishwasher so effective at removing even the worst caked on leftovers. It's just a shame it's let down by corner cutting - I will be buying a different brand next time.
