This is our second dishwasher, having had our Electrolux for 8/9 years and which broke just prior to Christmas. This Beko machine took a while to fit (especially the door with the fittings supplied and unclear instructions) and my husband has fitted numerous kitchens so is experienced. Setting up instructions for water hardness, programmes etc. confusing and totally unclear but figured it out eventually and after going through instructions again after fitting, husband now says it's a doddle to sort programmes etc. Dishwasher working well and happy with product for price. Yes water sits on top of some of the cups etc. so not totally dry but that happened with our previous dishwasher. Don't know why some people say they can't fit dinner plates in. This was a concern for me when reading reviews prior to purchasing but I asked a couple of owners through a website and they confirmed that this was not the case hence my purchase and yes, you can fit dinner plates in (ours are 27cm). There are only two of us so ideal for us. May be a problem for a bigger family. Features such as the top tray being adjustable and the cutlery tray moving from side to side are ideal and yes, there are some small sections in the cutlery tray but tray is adequate size so plenty of sections to choose from. All in all, very happy with my purchase - a very good quality machine for a very reasonable price. Very quiet, can hardly hear it working and love that it switches itself off at the end of the programme. Happy customer!
