Bought to replace a 10 year old model from same manufacturer. This model has an easy to adjust top basket and an efficient easy to use touch control system. It may not have all the bells and whistles of the premium brands but so far the dishes and cutlery have been sparkling and dry. The quick wash and dry works really well. Two year warranty so what’s not to like.

Our new kitchen wouldn't fit our old dishwasher so we had to opt for a smaller version. Initially I thought it would be too small but after using it for one was and seeing how well it worked I'm very happy. I can easily fit in what i want to all bar large roasting tins which i could do if i put them on a separate wash. The dishwasher is quiet and efficient. Our kitchen dining/living room is now open plan and the dishwasher is quiet enough not to notice it on. Its easy to use with touch screen buttons and has a variety of wash cycles available.

The dishwasher fitting instructions were not very clear or well written. The door fitting was a particular issue. I phoned BEKO to request additional information, however they stated that their company policy that they could not assist beyond what was in the initial instructions and that it was up to the retailer to provide support ! Not very helpful and unlikely to buy a BEKO product again if that is their level of customer service.

Actually more spacious than our previous slim dishwasher

I’ve owned this dishwasher for a few weeks now, and have been thoroughly impressed by its performance. I find the “Quick & Shine” program which only takes an hour is the best for doing a quick cycle and getting consistently good results. It’s quiet in operation. The top drawer is height adjustable, which is good as on the default lowest setting the spray arm was catching and getting stuck on the top of the dinner plates. The top drawer is versatile in that it has a number of options for putting bowls on it. The user guide has useful pictures giving guidance on loading it. There are some negatives however, which are soon forgotten. The installation instructions are woeful. When you unpack the machine you’ll find a booklet of installation instructions. However, there are 2 more books that you will find, and none of the books reference each other at any point. I’d recommend you look at YouTube and search for “Beko integrated dishwasher install”. The video is for a full size dishwasher. However, apart from the door fitting, the installation is the same. Look at the video a few times, find all the installation books, read them a few times, and take your time. The door fitting on this model is fairly straightforward and a template is provided. The other issue I had was entering the setup procedure for setting water hardness and the volume loudness. The user guide mentions pressing Start/Stop & “Time Delay” buttons together to enter the setup procedure. However it doesn’t tell you which buttons are used for modifying those settings! The answer is that you use the “Extra Drying” button to increase a setting, and “Fast+” to decrease. For example to set the water hardness to level 3, get to the relevant setting, then press the “Extra Drying” button twice. The wash programme LEDs will change to show the setting made. Overall a really great machine, and well deserving of its “Which” Best Buy award.

Previous integrated dishwasher never had top tray adjustability meaning the spinning blade would get stuck with the plates and never cleaned. This Beko dishwasher has the adjustable tray and allows the blade to spin and clean. Stubborn tea stains also come clean which I wasn’t used to previously.. very satisfied with product.

this little dishwasher is like the tardis - holds so much more than you would believe. It's quiet, easy to use and does the job well

Love my new dishwasher...no more washing up. Washes well and quiet to run.
