I bought this as it has a Which? Best Buy award. I was somewhat nervous about buying it as it was quite cheap but my doubts have been assuaged once it was up and running. I've been very impressed with its construction quality (quality touch controls and nice baskets that don't feel cheap), great wash performance and in particular drying performance. Even plastic and Tupperware items are much drier than my previous machine (a venerable AEG from 2002). I think at the price point it's amazing value. You are getting, from what I see, a middle market machine (eg Bosch) equivalent for a market entry level price.
So far I have tried almost all the programmes and all came out well. The 60 Deg Clean and Shine programme in 58 mins is I think going to be used alot and has been the main programme I've used. Unlike many other machines that have only one quick programme that doesn't dry, this machine has this fast but proper temperature wash with drying too. It also has an even quicker no dry 30 Min programme but I can't see the point of that when it has this hour long fast "proper" programme.
The machine is pretty quiet but you can hear it on if standing in the kitchen.
One advantage over my old AEG is the cutlery basket can sit anywhere within the lower basket - it can sit over either the two rows of plate tongs and can slide side to side so this gives you flexibility to fit things in and still have cutlery washed.
The only drawback with this machine is you don't know easily if it has finished the cycle. It doesn't have the light that projects on the floor. There is a quiet beep that you'd only hear if standing next to it. However I am following the timings in the instruction book and have been able to just predict based on the programme approx when it's finished.
