The food processor is a little bigger than expected but it seems robust enough to hopefully last for some time. The instructions are not easy to fathom and this seems to be a popular complaint so hopefully Tefal will make some changes here but I eventually figured them out. The blades are certainly incredibly sharp and it sticks to the counter with suction pads which is a bonus. It has all the options I need so I am hoping to get to use this often.

Quick delivery, easy to put together and feels sturdy. Looks good on our worktop, too!

Sadly, having real trouble putting the Tefal Food Processor through it's paces - the user instructions are next to useless. Diagrams without no accompanying explanations give very little assistance

I really love this Tefal Food Processor. It does everything and more than my old food processor. Would recommend.

absolutely love this product! very stylish and does not look out of place left on the kitchen counter, very easy to use and neat to stash away. plentiful attachments for what i need and find the dough attachment a great extra to what some miss off!!!

Non-existent instructions for use. Just lots of pictures which aren't particularly intuitive. Through trial and error finally managed to make it work and it seems very good. Loads of non-recyclable polystyrene packaging which is really annoying.

I bought this for my adult daughter following a positive Which? review. She has started using it and is happy with the purchase, except for the inadequate instructions. There are 8 accessory parts, but no labelled diagram of what each is. What text is supplied is in lots of languages, but those who produced it could have been much more helpful with the content. Searching for online advice, I found many reviewers have struggled to get going with it and I conclude that persistence is required. If buyers are happy to put this effort in, the Tefal DO821840 food processor seems a good buy.
