We bought this machine last July and it was fitted in August, hardly used within 13 months. A loud noise started so we called an engineer. He came out to take a look and then told us it is beyond repair as the compressor is faulty. Machine looks still brand new. Tried to sort it with Beko but not interested as we can’t find proof of registering the extended guarantee. After spending a ridiculous amount of time on the phone we give up. I would definitely not recommend Beko products.

Arrived on time and well packaged. Been installed into new utility room and replaces similar freestanding dryer so expecting positive results of reasonable drying time and enwrgy efficiency.

Reasonably dry clothes after a drying cycle.no need for external venting as the moisture is collected in a tray container. The heat generated is used economically .

Iv never had an Integrated before so have nothing to compare it to but feel it’s not as powerful as my previous freestanding Beko. Takes quite a long time to dry.

Very good product. Does get warm but good to know you are saving £££ on electricity compared to the old style tumble dryer

Easy to install and fairly quite, service good.

Takes longer to heat but is a good 'dry' seems to be gentle on clothes.

Excellent Dryer, very happy with the quality and efficiency, clothes come out perfectly dry every time. It’s quite and very easy to use, I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is thinking about purchasing a new Dryer.
