The installation instructions are disappointing. For example, you need to fit one of two little legs in the front right hand corner, but nothing in the instructions explains which one to use or why. As it was, it snapped off, along with its mounting ,whilst I attempted to slide the machine into place. So one corner of the brand new tumbler now rests on a block of wood instead.
Small garments, like socks, often get caught on either end of the filter area. Other than that the build quality seems good.
Because it is much more energy efficient than a traditional tumbler, it takes a long time to dry a load. The hinge positions are in a different place to my other built in appliances, so I had to drill new holes in the door, which is pretty tiresome to do neatly.
