Good product so far. Good purchasing communication. Great delivery. All let down by calls from AO to buy insurance (I had said no online). Also within an hour of purchase I was called by a third party insurance seller who has been reported as a scammer.

Absolutely fantastic. I previously had an all in one washer/dryer that just wasn't up to the job. Everything comes out perfectly dry without having to worry about shrinkage etc. Great to know it's using the nergy as efficiently as possible.

Does not dry as well as our old ‘vented’ dryer. Because it’s a heat pump dryer, items still feel slightly damp at the end of the program but dry completely once aired for a few minutes afterwards. However, it uses a lot less power than our old vented dryer.

The dryer slotted straight in where the old one came out and it didn’t require external venting. Had to trim the plinth and re drill the hinge holes (35mm) to accommodate the door. Now it’s in position and working it’s a great improvement on its predecessor.

So far so good. Bit of a faff putting door on. Machine has shorter cycles as well as the cottons which takes 3 hours. Laundry does come out dry on this setting but not so on mixed synthetics. I expected the sensor to give a uniform dryness as my old machine of 12 years did.

Good integrated dryer as there are few options in this category easy to use many options energy efficient

Great tumble dryer - a lot quieter than our old one and does seem to be more economical (at least according to our energy smart meter). However the Eco mode doesn’t quite get everything completely dry so needs a little longer
