Never had a hear pump tumble dryer before but brought as more energy efficient to replace our previous integrated one that was still working. Takes a lot longer to dry the clothes but from what I hear this is the case. Nice to have a countdown timer so you can see what's left. AO delivery I can't complain at. So easy to book and then kept updated several times and arrived in the time they said. Gentlemen very polite and helpful and offered to take his shoes off. Will definitely be using AO in the future.

Works really well. This is our first tumble drier so cant compare to other makes etc but we are pleased with what it does.

Door is a good size for loading/unloading A little noisier than I was expecting and some of the programmes take longer than I was use to, but overall very happy with it

This product is better than expected! Having read many reviews about the length of time it takes to dry with a heat pump we were prepared for the wait - these did not materialise. Yes it’s a little longer but the room is not full of excess heat and the time does a good job counting down. Totally recommend this product!

Not as quick as my old vented dryer and doesn’t always fully dry the clothes plus some of the clothes come out creased and the integrated door can’t be reversed and too many unnecessary programs but overall it’s ok for a heat pump dryer.
