Does what is supposed to do just takes a little longer than my previous one but has a super energy rating. Delivery right on time and the delivery team were excellent

Great machine. Much quieter than our previous model. Much shallower than most machines, so easily fits in if you have pipes etc behind the machine. It initially estimates time to dry as quite long (heat pump driers take longer than vented ones) but quickly reassesses after a couple of mins and shortens the time dramatically. This is our first heat pump dryer….. we’re converted to them now. Only one slight criticism: While emptying the water collection tank is no problem at all, why not just provide an option to vent that water through a hose to the drain, just as a washing machine does? This would be a good option to include and I’m sure would sell like hot cakes. Overall, 5 stars.

Does the job but will turn off if it thinks things are dry when they are still a bit damp.

So quiet. Goes back on itself it still wet so must have a sensor. Love the light inside too.

Looks good, but not using it until kitchen is complete. It will be interesting to see how we get on with a dryer that doesn't contain a heater. Slightly apprehensive about drying times.

Item arrived on time and as described. Basic dryer that does the job and is easy to install.

There is one issue with this dryer, it is much deeper than other built in appliances and therefore if there are any waste pipes running behind it then you will not get the unit to fit correctly. I had to swap with the position of the washing machine and now the doors don't open as I originally planned and it was a lot of extra unplanned and uncosted work. Wish I had checked the dimensions before ordering. It seems to function well enough but I have only run one dry cycle so far. I would returned it but AO have an awful returns policy and I would have ended up losing quite a lot of money as the packaging had all been removed before I discovered my silly mistake.
