Great product and service

Good product. Replaced our old tumble which was a candy and this brand is a lot better and clothes dry quicker. So far so good.

Easy to install if you do it yourself and very easy to use

Does the job, looks smart, lots of programmes to choose from. A bit noisier than did expected

I needed a heat pump tumble dryer due to integrating into new kitchen but was concerned as very few on the market and many get bad reviews. Settled on the Beko based on excellent reviews and so glad that I did. Very efficient, quiet and easy to clean. A full load of towels only took a little longer than my condensing tumble dryer and with better energy efficiency. Lots of programmes to select from and I can run overnight using the delay timer function to make use of cheap electricity. I am pleasantly surprised and very happy with my purchase.

Functionally the heat pump dryer seems really good. Our previous one had the water container in the door which we preferred. This one seems to dry items quicker than a heat pump and sometimes feels more like a condenser dryer but states its a heat pump so hopefully we're still getting the energy saving of a heat pump. We haven't fitted the integrated doors yet so can't comment on that. Overall, reasonably pleased so far.
