My first order was removed and customer service offered me Bosh. I do not regret. This dryer is great. I have several programs to choose from, it shortens the time if I have a small amount of laundry, it is not noisy and easy to use. I recommend it with all my heart. Power consumption is minimal. My life has changed for the better.

Seems a good machine. A little louder than our old AEG heat pump tumble dryer, unfortunately it died after 10 years service. These machines do run more efficiently than standard dryers.

Good product so far. Completely Dries clothes on eco setting.

So far I'm really happy with this product, still getting used to the different settings, but after struggling to get clothes dry for the last couple of months it is great and doesn't seem to cost too much to run. It takes longer than I'm used to but that's not a problem when I consider that it's cheaper to run. My previous Beko condenser dryer lasted for 10 years - hoping this one does too!

Looks great and is easy to use. Energy efficient but does take longer than a normal drier as it is less hot.

AO had the tumble dryer I wanted, Beko DTLP91151W 9Kg Heat Pump Tumble Dryer - White - A+ Rated, in stock at a very competitive price. Dryer is doing great, a bit slower than my old one but using only a third of the electricity. Arrived exactly when they said it would, job done. Very pleased with the whole experience and will use them again.

Excellent product and service

As expected, arrived on time and was stashed in the shed for my son and his wife to collect later in the day. Now installed in their house and they are very happy with it. This model was chosen because it is much more energy efficient and was a very good price.
