Good product but came missing the grill pan as featured in the image. We still haven’t been told how or when we’ll get a replacement.

This oven replaced exact same model delivered last week but the clock function on that one was not operational, this replacement works fine

Easy and fast service, from booking to installation; product works as expected and looks great.

Great product so far, very handy having 2 ovens. Heats up well and has been cooking food as it should. Remember to let both ovens burn off before use smell was quite overpowering but has been fine since.

Excellent value for money on this fan assisted double oven, more robust compared to my previous hotpoint oven.

Despite the notes on ensuring the old product was outside ready for collection, delivery guys had no qualms about bringing the new one into my house. This time they didn't even pause for me to ask them to remove the packaging. As a result, I didn't have time to check the oven, but it did arrive broken. I had to contact customer services, who all credit to them, were quick to resolve and gave me a small credit. Update: The broken part did arrive quite quickly.
