Not happy with this product at all. Previously owned a very similar Hotpoint cooker which was brilliant so went for a like for like thinking it would be great - wrong!! The cooker and grill are only energy efficient because they turn on and off whilst cooking. I had an engineer come out thinking it was faulty as food always needed to cook for a lot longer than it should - chips are soggy not crispy, cakes do not rise properly, chicken comes out raw inside if only cooked for the stated cooking time. The energy rating is based on how much electricity it uses with a certain time frame so gives a false reading because the cooker needs to be on longer. If using the grill for cooking sausages or chops be prepared to cook for a long time as this too cuts off to "save energy" so cooking stops while this is happening.

We've had this oven a few months now and there are a few issues. Noted another review had the same issue with the location of their gas pipe and the oven not fitting neatly under the hob, same issue with us. The grill cuts out if you have it on the high setting for too long which is very annoying when cooking as you have to wait at least 5/10 mins for it to cool enough to come back on. This oven would suit someone who rarely cooks and doesn't want to use the grill and oven at the same time.

Really good oven. Seems to cook things efficiently. Some people complained they couldn’t see the numbers but I havnt found this. They are black on silver and it’s fine. Very happy with the two ovens Only issue I’ve had is that the gas pipe for the job is in the way as there isn’t a cut out on the top of the oven (probably because of the fact there is 2 ovens). So mine is about 1cm below the worktop so that it fits. But it actually looks fine.

Fan is weak so air doesn’t circulate well. The temperature dial is difficult to tell what temperature it is set to as the numbers are mostly at the bottom so you have to bend right over to see what temperature you have set

Nice Looking, same dimensions as old hotpoint oven. The oven gets hot but the food does not get as hot as it needs to cook properly. A large tray of frozen sweet potato wedges for instance should take 18 mins to cook takes 50 mins to cook. Going to try a roast soon, but so far not very happy. With both ovens on expect the time to take even longer, maybe an hour for something that normally takes 20 mins.

Bought to replace a very similar oven. This one seems so much more efficient. This oven actually gets hot! Excellent delivery and fitting by ao
