Purchased this oven after renewing kitchen. Have previously had two Hotpoint ovens at previous property’s and they were excellent. Unfortunately this oven did not perform well, looks good but does not heat up to set temperature and then loses upto 40 degrees before trying to reheat to set temperature. Thermostats changed but made no difference. Oven does not get temperature high enough and then maintain that temperature to even cook and brown oven chips. Returned and exchanged for another make. The other items purchased at the same time were all Hotpoint and are all working as expected perhaps we were just unlucky to receive a faulty oven.

Great product for the price. Good features for the price also.

Bought this double oven/grill after our Indesit one broke after 7 years. Chose this one for price and compatibility with our current kitchen. absolutely delighted with it so far, looks good and ovens both cook evenly, (top one is conventional oven). Grill is ample size for 4 slice of toast, and grills evenly (no half toasted slices). Oven heats to selected temperature quickly.

East ordering process and the updates on delivery date and times were excellent. suitable 4 hour time slot emailed followed by updates on where the driver was then a call 5 minutes before delivery. Everything delivered packaged well and as per our order. Our second time using this firm and will not be the last

Good website, good delivery, contact for delivery good. Oven it self is good no problems so far.

A really sturdily built cooker which sits on adjustable legs. Easy to fit and use and looks great in a modern kitchen. My only criticism if any is that the stainless finish readily shows finger marks but they are easily cleaned off with soapy water and a micro fibre cloth.

Excellent cooker, does what it says on the packet. Good value for money!
