The oven itself I think is great, we had a very similar model before this one and the only thing that went wrong was the rubber seal around the door but I think they've now sorted this problem because they've took it away on the newer model so fingers crossed. The only thing that stopped me giving it 5 ?? was the manufacturing fault of two screws not being put in properly on the sides therefore obstructing the oven sliding in between my kitchen units but didn't seem to be enough of a problem to return oven so after perseverance and tightening the screws a little more managed to fit oven which is now working great ??

This is a great value double oven from Hotpoint and replaces our existing Hotpoint model which has served us well for many years. Works fine after a month. Just remember to read the instructions and don’t leave trays on the bottom of the top oven!

We bought this as a straight replacement for our 18 year old Hotpoint .It just looks the same but updated. It was a straight slot in and has two shelves unlike some others. The grill pan handle is only bent wire but its heavy wire and seems to work OK. The controls are better than the old version with separate knobs for each oven and the grill. We particularly like the count down timer display which stays visible all the time. A good option of extended warrantys at reasonable prices.

It does the job fine. Looks good. Does all the things more expensive ovens do for less money (lights, timers, half grills etc) so good value. I lime having two ovens. Only quibble is the temperature dial and its accuracy: difficult to be precise between 160, 180 and 200 on this circular dial with markings on main fascia so I have burnt some things but over time I will be able to judge where to turn dial to and how often I may need to turn food with experience.

Came complete looks good in our white kitchen. Easily installed within very short space of time and good sized ovens, looks as though it will be easy to clean too, has very east and straight forward controll panel. Very good value for money. The packaging it came in was also biodegradable.
