Previously had this oven was already included in the fitted kitchen when I moved in my house 5 years ago was very reliable so only seemed the right choice to go for the more recent model, fingers crossed its as good as the last one

Very pleased with this easy to use double oven. Far better than the one it replaced.

Bought this new on 2nd March. First time I used the grill it cut out after around 12 minutes and refused to come back on for another 6-7 minutes, by which time it was almost cold. AO very efficient, took up the issue with Hotpoint who authorised a replacement. This arrived on Monday and guess what, it has the same problem. Today a Hotpoint engineer arrived to look at the problem. He assured me that the cutting out is normal and is due to eco settings! Not impressed.

Love the size of the second oven and useful top oven when entertaining. Looks smart next to white gloss kitchen cabinets.

Brilliant speedy delivery service, communication is excellent, and the product is as described. Definitely 5* deserved.
