Great machine, great service and couldn’t be happier

So far so good. It's been a few days now of use the product. I tried different types of programs. I was always satisfaction about the results. The most common programs for me is mixed load and towels. I must say the towels after the drying are super fluffy and soft. For me the most important was how to quickly dry the baby clothes and this was a perfect solution. What else... I think it is quite quiet. Super easy to install.

We did lots of research and read reviews before deciding on this dryer. It is even better than expected. We anticipated longer dry times compared to our 8 year old condenser dryer but this has not been the case. Using the dryers smart sensor the dryer stops when the clothes are dry and this is faster than our old dryer. Having a Samsung TV We were also surprised to see a notification pop up on our TV, if it was on, when the cycle finished. My wife also controls it all from her phone so we're more than happy.

I’ve only used it a few times but despite everyone saying it takes longer to dry than conventional tumble dryers I have found it to be significantly quicker. The fluff catcher is excellent, the waste water goes direct to my waste pipe (shared with the washing machine) and there is little or no static. I’ve not tried controlling the machine through my phone but I do get notifications when the cycle has finished. I’m loving it. And we got a great deal with AO’s price match. It’s all good.

Very good -easy to install

We chose Samsung as they’ve always proved to be reliable products in our household.The dryer looks sleek. Feature wise, it has many cycles only some of which we’ve used so far however the loads have never needed to run for the full cycle length. The app tells you once the cycle is complete and the dryer plays a tune. You can use the app to start the dryer & update cycle settings. It’s easy to clean the lint filter & empty the water drawer. There’s nothing to dislike. A ‘nice to have’ feature would be to change cycle types between loads without turning the machine off and on again. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend this product.

Had this a few weeks and happy so far. The advertised drying times nearly put me off going for a heat pump model, but even a full load including towels takes about 90-100 minutes to be fully dry (it starts off saying 3.5 hours!! but gradually reduces during the cycle). The tune at the end is a little over the top but you can turn that off altogether (3 beeps just to tell you would be my preference, but now I'm being picky!). I was slightly irritated that the advertised 5 year warranty was not automatically applied so I had a bit of a ring around trying to sort this, but AO did get it resolved with Samsung eventually.

First impressions are that this dryer is a major step forward from our older technology dryer that we've had for well over 10 years. The Samsung is quiet and performs well. As a number of people have mentioned, the estimate of the time left to run on a program is way too pessimistic; usually the machine finishes well before the timer says. We're running the dryer to discharge water into the dryer's built-in collection tray until I get round to plumbing the pipe into the utility sink - and this operates perfectly. Clothes seem to be coming out of this machine as dry as our old one (before it threw a hissy fit!) but have a softer feel to them. All in all very impressed with this dryer.
