No complaints thus far. Love the fact that the app tells you when the cycle is finished so you can get your stuff out straight away and also that you can drain the water out via a hose rather than emptying the tray every time. Although the cycles seem to be long, the excellent sensors mean they finish sooner. Looks good, not too loud, great price for such an economical item.

Never had a heat pump tumble dryer before but its really efficient

Working nicely so far. One thing I would point out though is don't expect all 'Series 5' samsung products to be the same dimensions. I assumed they were designed to sit next to eachother... and was a little dismayed when I realised the tumbledryer is a few cms deeper.. My own fault - I shouldnt have assumed. Other than that. Its all good.

I'm struggling to find an instruction book on line as it didn't come with one and the code to scan just keeps saying invalid. Can't really review the item as we are having to guess what the programmes are!

Great tumble dryer, shame it has a different shaped front to my Samsung washing machine though

We've only had the product for a couple of weeks but so far, we're very happy with the settings, speed of drying and ease of use. The water tank and lint drawer are both easy to empty when needed. Seems like a great purchase!
