Had condenser before this and seams really good (only used it a few times tho). Most probably see difference in winter .

I needed a tumble drier, but didn’t know much about them. After a bit of research I discovered the BEST option is the heat pump technology. It costs a bit more than condenser but WOW! I couldn’t be more impressed! It’s totally incredible. The clothes come out dry, of course. My old budget drier did that, but I didn’t realise that they’d come out softer, and less creased. The cost is more expensive up front, but with energy prices being what they are, I think the more economical running costs will be worth it in the the longer term. I *LOVE* my new drier. 10/10 recommended!

Never had samsung before but wow, what a different. Noticed a difference in cost, noise level and functionality! I would recommend this highly to anyone who is looking for a decent dryer. Not a huge difference in this one to the new additions. Well worth the money.

A very efficient dryer, clothes are always dried evenly and have little creasing. A drying cycle does take 3 hours but when you put in a lighter load it will reduce the length of the cycle based on the moisture in the drum. Havent tried all the modes yet but thumbs up to the towels and bedding cycles. Also, if you have wollen sweaters etc that you don't want to tumble dry you can use the dry flat insert to dry the items on a 'shelf' inside the drum where it won't be tumbled.

Best dryer ever, won't go back to condesor

We've had a washer dryer for a few years now and the clothes hardly ever get completely dry. This dryer isn't only way more energy efficient, it also dries a lot faster! And I can use lower heat to dry my clothes. It even has a shelf to dry shoes or folded clothes. I also love how it collects lint neatly unlike the washer dryer that just had a film of wet lint on the rubber seal of the machine. Also love that we could just plug it in and didn't have to worry about space for a vent or a drain. It's definitely worth it.

Excellent. Quiet and efficient

This dryer is far and away the best I've ever owned. It's so quiet and smart! It looks really good, it barely uses any electricity and it adjusts itself so your times reduce massively due to it's sensors. Can't rate it highly enough!
