we have only have to run it a little due to the hot weather-it is very quiet and efficient when drying. first checks indicate it uses less electricity than our previous model

An excellent product! This tumble dryer looks very elegant, is extremely quiet and dries my clothes effortlessly with very little fuss - I love it!

Easy to use. Clothes come out dry and soft. Use this nearly every day in the winter. Very economical too with A+++ rating

The dryer is OK. It takes a long time to dry a full load and is absolutely useless at drying bedding. Because there is no reverse tumble bedding ends up in huge knots and still damp. I think it took me over 5 hours to dry a load because I had to keep taking stuff out, separate and put back on. I believe Samsung's advice is to dry bedding one item at a time... I would not recommend this dryer because of this and wish I'd just gone for a basic vented instead.

Having lived without a tumble drier (house of five!) i finally caved and it’s a game changer. Efficient and much more cost effective than I thought it would be (the reason why I haven’t had one before is I was worried about the cost to run - I needn’t have been!) highly recommend. Quick and very quiet!

It’s great having settings suitable for woolly clothes and delicates. Drying the bedding is a bit of a chore as the sheets end up in a knot, so having to keep pausing it to untangle the sheet. I’m not sure if this is because it only tumbles one direction.

Had a condenser dryer before but this one is far superior and a better energy rating. Love it
