This dryer is fantastic. Nice and quiet, and even successfully dries bedding! Lots of useful functions and very easy to use. Also love the cheerful sounds it makes when it turns on and off :)

I replaced my old Samsung for this new one. I am very pleased with this one. The old one was 8 years old so hope this one will last as long.

This is a fantastic machine. We have had multiple dryers over the years, both vented and heat pump. This one is better than anything we previously owned. Many condenser or heat pump machines take a long time to run through the cycle. This one is quick and dries the load properly. It is really easy to use too - no thinking about which programme and how dry it needs to be, just select the type of load (towels, bedding, etc) and let the machine take care of it. Proper result every time. We haven’t had a Samsung before (previously used Hotpoint, Hoover, Bosch, AEG) but have been delighted with the performance of this machine and will certainly consider Samsung for other appliances in the future. Would definitely recommend this model.

Dries very well, quiet, plays a tune when finished, collects all of the water in the container, very pleased with my Samsung dryer.

I was skeptical when buying it about the heat pump technology. I wasn't sure if the extra cost would be worth it. After owning this for just a month I am a believer! The dryer is so easy to use and because I have a smart meter I can see that it is very efficient. I love that once you start a load drying you can just leave it to do it's thing thanks to the fact it recalculates the drying time based on moisture sensors. My clothing always comes out feeling super soft, fresh, and perfectly dry. 100% recommended!

Very good machine, all the family love it. We found it to be very quiet, just makes a slight hum, even when the utility room door is open you can hardly hear it, which is much better than our previous 15 year old dryer - that made a continuous loud hum - so we always had to keep the utility room door shut. Drying the clothes is perfect, lots of settings, and everything comes out dry. Filter is easy to clean out and seems to do a great job trapping all the fluff. I have no complaints. Very pleased.

Really nice dryer, doesn't take too long to dry clothes, very quiet, and doesn't seem to cook clothes like regular dryers. Really easy to use, would highly recommend
