Im really impressed with this heat pump tumble dryer, we had a condenser washer/dryer previously and was unsure of a heat pump given some generic online reviews but decided on this purely on the aesthetic that i could get the matching set of the samsung machines in my new laundry room, this samsung is energy efficient - clothes dried quickly and fully and it was easy to empty and looks really smart, the smart things app makes it really easy to know what functions to use as well as being able to know how to time my wash so i can get the clothes out warm so i dont even have any creases when i get them on a hanger quick enough! Really impressed and so far 10/10 for looks, energy efficiency and ease

Too early to give it a 5 star rating as it was only installed a week ago. That said it does the job well.

So far this has been an excellent purchase. It’s much better than the condenser dryer that it replaced. It reuses the heat and is more economical. It doesn’t emit any steam either which is great. Very happy with it!

This is a lot quieter than the condenser drier it replaced and uses substantially less power, whilst drying only takes about 10 minutes more. Beware though if stacking, as these heat pump units weigh a lot more!
