As much as dealing with SAMSUNG directly is life destroying. The tech is fantastic, the dryer is really good! I really can’t fault the functions, performance or quality. To boot, AO customer service is 10/10!!!

This is an excellent dryer, we have used it a few times now and it gets the washing fresh and dry, and it looks great. We love it.

Brilliant tumble dryer, has more than enough settings including an extra fluffy setting for towels which is amazing! We'll worth the money!

Great drier drys the clothes well, the drying rack is a great addition already aired some sheets before fitting and dried my work shoes after being caught out in the rain, WiFi connects the machine seamlessly to the Samsung smart things app

So far so good. Only used it a couple of times and it’s worked fine.I have fluffy towels in my life now. Why wouldn’t you be happy with that. Only downside is if you want to use the app. I downloaded it but eventually gave up as it just wouldn’t work. Having said that, I’m not sure that it really detracts from the fundamental purpose.

This device is acracker. Works really well and the app allows me to link it to the washer so they all agree on what the right program should be to dry the stuff that was washed. Really smart.

Great product. Moving from a standard dryer to this is night and day. The energy savings are great and the added benifits of a premium product are amazing. We'll worth it
