I initially chose this machine based on the 5 year warranty, as all others are now only 1 year (thank you Brexit...). I also wanted the BubbleSoak and the HygieneSteam function. Very happy with the purchase. I tried the BubbleSoak on my tea towels, linen tablecloths etc and it really makes a difference - can wash at 60 with brilliant white results where before I had to use 90. The Wifi function is great because you get a notification when it's done - no more discovering smelly laundry a couple of days later... The app is nice, but it does not incorporate all of the functions/programs of the machine, so I don't really use if for setting the programs. Nice touch is that it sends the right drying program directly to my Samsung tumble drier! It is very quiet, even when washing towels and bath mats, no more spin cycles that sound like the house is falling down. The supplied instructions are useless, you have to download the full manual online.

Really love this dryer, it looks great and has awesome functionality. It’s relatively quiet, and fast drying. The app is really cool too.

The dryer's intuitive and only finishes its cycle once the weight of the load is deemed to be dry, the programme length intuitively alters itself throughout the cycle, and there are a full range of programmes to suit every type of load. Because every load carries that unpredictability of when it'll be finished you really do need the Samsung app to let you know when it's complete. Been impressed with how dry the washing feels and how lovely it smells (without any softener help) and love the fact I can get a full load from the washer into this with it's 9KG drum.

The Samsung Tumble drier is excellent at what it’s meant for. But I’ve had to learn how to use it by trial & error. Not a lot of information. Then down to the filter it’s almost impossible to clean I (this is the one at the lowest point) both myself & my husband cannot kneel so it’s so so difficult. If I’d known I may have had second thoughts. But it drys well!

Excellent dryer. Relatively pricey but A+++ rated and has a 5 year guarantee. Only been using it for a couple of weeks so far but the sensor drying facility adapts the time very well indeed.

Easy to install easy to use...

So far so good. Very straighforward set-up and use. Have yet to see how it impacts our energy use. Lots of great features like drying woolens and shoes.
