Fantastic Samsung Heat pump tumble dryer. A*** rated, very cost effective if looking term investment. Looks great too and the wi fi is an added bonus to let you when the clothes are dry ????

Only owned it 1 week but already a million times better than our previous ‘cheap’ tumbler. It just works and does what it should, plus it looks v smart in our new kitchen.

Product seems good so far - runs quietly, appears high tec. However, water needs to be emptied often and dryer is not drying clothes as quickly as we thought - seems to take hours as air is not as hot as it could be perhaps, given it is energy-efficient.

My biggest gripe is the fact that you can't reverse the door to open on the other side. I know this might not be a big deal for most, but for me, it's changed the way we do laundry due to the layout of the utility room we have.

Very good product and makes like a lot easier that it can be plumbed in to drain direct to the waste water. Also it is a useful feature that the app can tell you when the cycle has completed.

Thi stumble dryer is great, it’s relatively quiet and dries the clothes well and copes well with large loads!

Excellent, could not be easier to use, you put the wet items in the machine set the program close the door & the machine does the rest.My towels have all returned to a brand-new softness. Shirts need only minimal ironing, could not have ask for any more. So far there’s nothing that I don’t like about this tumble dryer, my previous one was 45 years old I hope this one lasts for as long.
