This product works very well BUT! After 26 months it died, The main logic board stopped working there for the whole tumble dryer stopped working. Because it only had 2 years warranty it took me a long time and I had to get information from citizens and some Martin Lewis advice to get this very expensive tumble dryer fixed. I just about managed to get the logic board replaced on warranty as they are more or less half the price of the tumble dryer brand new. A few months on from this the bearings are going and the seals have now gone on the tumble dryer so it now leaks damp air into the room which now makes it useless. This dryer came as a set with the same series washing machine which is also now dead and had to be replaced with a different brand. I will never be buying Samsung again very expensive and cheaply made

Smart design, plays a tune when the cycle has finished. Longer drying times than the conventional dryers but cost efficient. Minimum creases on clothes and quieter than any previous dryers I’ve had. Paid to have my packaging taken away, and they removed everything and took it as requested. I was asked where I wanted it putting, so no dropping at the kerbside. Lovely delivery drivers.

A good-looking and economical drier. The interior light is an excellent feature. Controls are easy to understand. I was surprised to read in the instructions that Samsung strongly recommends the machine is connected to a drain for the condensate to flow away. I wish I had known this before purchase as I have only recently capped off the drain next to where the tumble drier is installed! Some programmes take a long time, but you can set a timer for it to run overnight and be ready to unload in the morning. Clothes are soft and not creased, and ready to put in the airing cupboard.

Who knew tumble dryers needed so many settings? A great machine that always me to dry sports kit if needed, sheets and bedding, and delicates too. The shelf for delicates such as jumpers is a great idea although I’ve not used it yet!

Very cheap to run compared to my old condenser dryer.

This works so much better than my old Aeg one the clothes are dry first time and I dont have to keep put them in again and again. :)

I love it, I haven't had a dryer in over 20yrs and didn't use it then. Yes it takes for ever! But it only uses pennies in electric so I can cope with the length of time it takes to dry anything. I have puppies so it's really been helpful. I would definitely recommend but gutted I didn't get the 5yr insurance like I did when I brought the Samsung washing machine.
