Great product dries quickly and cheaper than old model Quiet and easy to use

Really easy to use and great on energy usage.

Looks great bought this to go alongside my Samsung washing machine and both do exactly what they say they will do. This machine works as described

So far so good. Very good product. Very quiet and really dries the clothing really well. Compliments my Samsung AdWash waiting machine. Looks very sleek and minimalistic.

Selecting a tumbler dryer is an art now with all the options - we finally selected the model from the reviews. Out previous model was a condenser dryer and this is a Heat Pump dryer which I must say is pretty impressive and seems to run for cooler than the old Bosch Condenser but is very effective at drying . Som of the drying times when you set it up looks huge but once the cycle starts running and the washing starts to effectively dry these times are shortened dramatically. One massive plus on this dryer the you can easily connect the water extracted from the condenser direct to the sink/washer waste ( all required connections are provided) so no more emptying the water drawer, the the only thing you need to do between dry cycles is clean the filter. One this this drier does do which out last one did not is it does stop periodically and reverse tumble snd prevent the balling up of things like bedding. This is also a smart drier so you can set your drying cycle up on your phone or machine and it sends a message to you when complete. Unfortunatly it is not that smart that it puts in the washing for you and takes out out at the end, folds it and puts it away manual intervention is required for that Ha! It is early days yet but so far we are very impressed along with the 5 year warranty Samsung is currently providing . Only Negative for feedback - The user manual for this machine is very edited and limited and leaves many gaps on using it such as switching the door opening (which we wanted to do - however - looking on the Samsung Website there was a full install and user manual unedited which had all this info - Why is it the full install and user guide not supplied?

Heat pump technology isn't cheap but the bills have dropped from the old dryer.... and less noisey too.

Great Product well impressed only minus is there is no reverse tumble, other than that it’s brilliant

This is a really great dryer, reasonably quick to dry for a heatpump model, very economical to run and very quiet during operation. Clothes come out dry, towels soft and fluffy, great! So why only 4 stars? Well, like the vast majority of tumble dryers these days there is no reverse tumble action which means you are constantly stopping the machine, opening the door and untangling your bedding from the tight ball it has rolled itself into. The really infuriating part is that when you first switch on the machine tumbles first one way, then the other, for about 2 minutes or so, then reverts to rotating in one direction for the entirety of the cycle. Obviously this dryer has the capability to reverse the drum action, so why not throughout the bedding cycle - after all, why have a cycle dedicated to bedding if it operates no differently from a standard whites/cottons cycle? The only negative on an otherwise super bit of kit (and it looks good too!)
