Quiet and really efficient pulling water straight down the drain line. Love it!

I caveat this review with 'I've had this for just over a week'... I previously had a condenser dryer and so was interested to see what a difference a heat pump would make, its amazing! I would highly recommend this dryer. Its really quiet and produces no external heat when in operation, my last dryer would leave my utility room feeling warm but damp whereas this dryer you wouldn't be able to tell had been on. It takes no longer to dry the clothes than my previous dryer however also doesn't produce dry to a crisp clothes on the automatic settings, clothes come out soft (and still smelling of fabric conditioner) and ready to fold or hang. I suspect this will make the clothes last much longer. The double lint trap seems to be very effective and I've plumbed my dryer in so I don't have to empty the water tank, it was so easy. There's not one change I would make to this dryer so far, it's lived up to its brand and hefty price. It even plays a 30 second tune when finished, albeit I may be cursing this once the novelty has worn off!

This product is amazing. It is very quiet & beeps to let you know it is finished. Having it connected to my phone is also an added bonus

Early to say but so far so good. Does leave clothes damper than old machine despite picking driest setting but it’s doing it using a lot less energy so I can forgive that. I love that I’m able to get a notification on my phone when it’s done. I live in a bungalow that’s L shaped so when I’m working I couldn’t hear my old dryer had finished, this solves that.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for an energy-efficient and user-friendly dryer!
