I have an old Samsung heat pump dryer this newer one is significantly better.

Great product, v quiet when running. Easy to use, clothes come out dry but not super hot, so had no issues with things shrinking.

Great range of settings, it's quiet, and seems remarkably well built so far.

It seems to be a good heat pump clothes dryer that is working well so far. I like the fact that it it is a high efficiency appliance.

Was unsure about heat pump but having used for over a week it dries large loads in a very similar time to our old conventional drier, but with huge energy saving. We liked our Samsung washing machine so choose this as our tumble drier; very pleased

Brilliant dryer, cheap to run quiet and easy to use. Should pay for itself soon enough
