Very impressed so far. I have had this product for about a week and it replaced a four year old traditional vented tumble dryer. It is significantly quieter than the previous appliance, easy to use, drys quickly (albeit best not to mix loads) and is considerably cheaper. It comes with a drainage kit, which I haven't installed yet but the drainage tray is really easy to empty anyway. Yes it is expensive but by my crude calculations, it will have paid for the extra uplift over a traditional machine within 12 months.

Fantastic product. Easy to install and set up, have only used it a few times but I love the way it senses how wet the washing is and adjusts the drying time accordingly. Have also dried jeans in the tumble dryer and the usual 'shrinkage' hasn't occurred! Looking forward to buying the matching washing machine when the time comes.

Coming from an old condenser type dryer, I’m amazed by how efficient this new one is. Highly recommended if you are looking to cut running costs.

Takes a while to get used to the fact that it takes longer to dry than a vented tumble dryer. Too soon to say if it really is more efficient.

We as a family of 6 use the tumble dryer everyday and we all agree the Samsung heat pump dryer is fantastic. It dries the clothes in a fraction of the time our previous heat pump dryer. Excellent product.

Old tumble dryer died so started doing some research on a replacement. Found that Heat Pump dryers used less than half the power of a regular condenser. This model was one of the more expensive ones but it takes a 9kg load, has an A+++ rating & offered wifi connection to control via an app on your phone. It is very quiet compared to our old dryer which is an added bonus as we tend to dry things at night when we have a cheaper rate for our electric. A neighbour recently bought a heat pump dryer (not this model) and told us that it did not do a good job of drying the clothes. No such problem here, as the towels and general clothing have all been nice and dry. Not tried the hygiene care mode as of yet Like the tray that comes with it so that you can lay jumpers and delicates flat for a drying cycle. It also comes with an hose to connect into your sink drain, but this is not required. By default the water it extracts gets sent to the condenser tray at the top. So it was really east to install, just plugged it in and slid under the kitchen work surface. Also has a double lint filter to catch the fluff from your clothes. So very happy with it so far and still exploring osme of the options. By using it at night I'm hoping to save quite a bit of money compared to the old dryer, so should recoup my investment over it's life time

It is the best tumble dryer that we have ever had! Really superb! Alot of features that we never knew we needed but have made all the difference to us.
