Lovely and quiet, takes a bit of getting used to, internal light is a bit of bonus not having one before.

Silent , gentle drying and easy to use

Lots of drying options, super quiet and A+++ rated so energy efficient. Like the light inside when you open the door so you don’t have to hunt around for socks. I only wish I could change the end of cycle buzzer.

I was a little sceptical of the heatpump technology that this tumble dryer uses. I needn't have been, it works great. Time will tell if it genuinely is as energy efficient as the manufacturers claim. But I currently have no reason to believe it won't be. So in summary it costs more to purchase but has a 5 year parts & labour guarantee and I think it will save us the extra investment on energy use.

Excellent product which looks good and performs perfectly.

Quiet. Not sure there is a huge difference between many of the programmes - there are a limited number or variables which can be changed on the drier. Initial drying times look long but mostly the drier does it in a much shorter time. Like most Samsung products it does what it says on the box and does it well. Don't forget to collect the 5 year warranty from the Samsung website.

An excellent piece of kit. Easy to use, and so much quieter than my previous condenser drier. The really great thing is, thanks to the drain hose, I no longer have to empty the collection tank. The hose just connects into the sink waste pipe in the same way as the washing machine.

Machine set up with ease, solid, good quality all round, plumbed in for drainage, connected to WiFi (useful to be alerted at end of programmes). Easy to use, good range of programmes. Initially suggested programme times looked high (but our old machine don’t have a time display) but machine is adjusting length. Doing exactly what it needs to and should be saving money into the bargain- especially useful in todays energy market.
