I have washing machine from the same series and absolutely love both. I was originally looking for 5+ series but I managed to get this model cheaper on Black Friday deal. It is quite and really efficient. Love drying rack for shoes and the fact clothes are not hot when you take them out. Highly recommend!

Quality build. It has a lot of different dryer settings - it is good to be able to choose to display only those you really need. The rack for drying things like shoes is a great addition.

It's so quiet when it's working. I had been used to my ancient dryer squeaking a long. We bought new, because of the forecasted large increases in the cost of electric and knew the old dryer used more than it should ! It is a plumbed in version so no emptying water containers, brilliant. Holds a lot of clothing items with room to move so not using it as often, again money saving. Didn't take long to figure out the programmes which is good for someone not fond of IT. Although quite pricey, definitely a good buy.

So far, so good. Replaces a 2year 2 month old (lightly used 2 times a week when weather bad) Samsung Heat Pump model (just out of warranty) with failed heat pump. Samsung were less than helpful in arranging someone to look at it (I was happy to pay) so got an independent to look at it who diagnosed heat pump failed. Disappointing as very little use. (Quoted cost for repair was £600 if and when they could get the part which was out of stock!) Why buy another Samsung? When it worked brilliant and at the moment it has 5year warranty (in my opinion essential). Make sure you register 5 year warranty you have been warned

Sooooo quiet and intuitive to use. Sometimes you have to pay a little extra to get the quality that you want. Definitely feel that this was money well spent.

Not only does the product look great but the performance is better than any other tumble dryer we have owned! The minimalistic display looks very premium and is simple to use. As this is a Heat Pump dryer it should take longer to dry clothes but seems to be a lot faster and more economical than our previous Heat Pump dryer. This cost quite a bit more than our last product but definitely worth it!
