Strange/ Bad Customer service

At the moment its good. Quiet, big, does the job.
However the smartthings app, not the best.. lots time need to reinstall ,as does not work properly..Also can not switch on the dryer with it..so does not really make sense to have it..
Be aware, the Samsung customer service useless. Manual not says clearly how can be connected to the wifi.. after called 3 times them, still nobody could says that need to press the " smart Control "for 6 seconds and there is the Wifi ON/OFF options..
That's all why my dryer did not connected to the wifi, but nobody could help.. I had to manage for myself..to find it out how things work.
Also ao did not offer straight replacement ( was purchased 3 days ago, so they should , if its in 28 days happened, and the device faulty/ does not work well). Even when I talked 3 times with the manufacture company...
They just always came up with the " need to talk with the samsung customer service".
In the end, the device not faulty, but if I dont spend hours to find it out the problem's solution, what will I do?!
Lucky I could sort it for myself.
