Nice and quiet machine. Easy to program and works with the SmartThings app when you connect with your Wi-Fi. My only annoyance is the fact that it was advertised as having a reversible door which since Samsung have written HeatPump Technology on the door is no longer reversible unless you don’t mind upside down writing on it. I spoke with Samsung about this and they told me reversing the door isn’t under warranty and should be done by their own engineers which is chargeable to me. Not good customer service from Samsung.

Once I got used to the fact that this is a heat pump drier and does not get really hot, like my old one, this appliance is fantastic. It exceeds my expectations. Now to start understanding the WiFi operation!

Love The colour, it matches with our other washing machine, Its good that it connects to the Smart Things and Alexa too. Great customer service, great delivery. Tumble dryer has lots of settings for adaptive drying and great features. love the stand which enables you to dry footwear also.
